Julien’s JobFact concept stems from a wide range of experiences and interactions during his career.

In early 2008, Julien asked himself how he could enhance the degree of transparency and balance in the employee/employers relationship. Julien has learned a lot about this subject, having previously been a team manager. In 2005, Julien launched a restaurant chain called “K-10 “, which now employs more than 80 people. Prior to that Julien had an international career in the finance industry. Firstly in San Francisco with Pyramid Technology Ventures, then in Paris in Merger and Acquisitions with Close-Brothers, and finally in London with JP Morgan Cazenove. Julien holds a bachelor in Law from Paris II Assas and a Master in Business Administration & Finance from EDHEC.

Deputy CEO and Business development United Kingdom - Northern Europe

Adam brings an extremely broad range of skills and experience to the JobFact team, having been in Banking and Finance in the UK for over 10 years. He specialised in leisure, online and offline gaming and media during his 8 years at Rothschild and left in 2008 as a Director of Investment Banking in London to advise on the successful turnaround of a manufacturing business in South Africa. As a banker, Adam advised on some of the largest and most complex transactions in Europe in his sector specialisations and brings a wealth of experience to JobFact.
Adam qualified as an accountant with Arthur Andersen after completing his honours degree in Finance at the University of Cape Town.

Managing Director France

Denis brings to JobFact 11 years of experience in Executive Search and HR consulting for middle & top management positions with a focus on Manufacturing, FMCG & IT. He is recognised in the industry and developed a strong network during his career at Michael Page and Batenborch International. Denis is also a serial Entrepreneur like the rest of us, he developed his own Recruitment firm that he sold in 2009.
Denis holds a Master in Business Administration from ESC Lille business school.

Sales and Marketing Director

Emmanuel brings to JobFact several years of experience acquired at EMAP - a leading publishing group in Europe - where he contributed to the development of new press magazines and to the launch of all internet sites of the group. Emmanuel is also a serial entrepreneur. He has already launched two companies in the multimedia services and communication fields.

Emmanuel holds a degree from Sup de Pub and ECG.

CTO

Matthieu has been involved in the commercial design and development of websites for companies for a number of years having started while he was still studying engineering at university. He was attracted to JobFact immediately following his studies, and is now an invaluable contributor to both strategic and technical issues. Matthieu became a Drupal and Symphony expert, thanks to a number of international experiences in Asia (Kuala Lumpur) and in the United States (Miami). Matthieu is also Cisco certified. 

Matthieu holds a degree in engineering from Telecom Lille.
