1. Neither your username, nor your registration email will ever be transferred to any 3rd parties for commercial reasons.

2. For registration purposes, you do NOT provide us with ANY personal contact information apart from a valid email address.

3. Your personal data is stored on servers located in data centres which use the lastest physical and technological security measures available in the market.

4. Your anonymous CV is only viewable by recruitment professionals that we have approved.

5. Your anonymous CV is  never viewable by your current employer (automatically blacklisted). Additionally, you can restrict other employers if you wish.

6. You decide the appropriate level of anonymity you would like in relation to your CV.

7. We are registered with the French regulatory body CNIL under the number 132 71 91.

8. You can delete your account and/or published content  at any time simply by sending a request to  publications@jobfact.com.
